General Policy
No Cash Refunds:Â We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
Final Sale Items:Â All customized, stitched, and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Cancellation Fee: A flat cancellation fee of £20 will apply to all approved cancellations.

Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility:Â Returns are accepted only if you receive the wrong item or a clearly defective product. We do not accept returns or exchanges for stitched, customized, or discounted items.
Reporting Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
Return Window: Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 days of reporting.
Condition Requirements:Â Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Shipping Costs:Â The customer bears return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
Defective Items
At NooreLuxe, every garment is crafted with care. While we ensure consistency, slight variations in lace, tassels, or embellishments may occur due to material availability. These are not considered defects. Due to the delicate nature of handwork, we are not responsible for minor displacements during shipping.
Reporting Defects: Must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping Damage:Â We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party couriers.
